ValueCalm ("the App", "we") is committed to protecting your health data. We believe your medical information belongs solely to you.

1. Data Collection & Storage

ValueCalm operates on a Local-First basis using Apple's SwiftData technology.

  • Health Data: All data you enter (Blood Pressure, Glucose, Insulin, Weight, Medications, Symptoms) is stored strictly on your device's internal storage.
  • No External Servers: We do not operate a cloud server. We do not have access to, nor can we see, your health records.
  • iCloud Backups: If you have iCloud Backups enabled on your iOS device, your data is stored encrypted by Apple. We cannot access these backups.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect, sell, or share:

  • Your personal health metrics.
  • Your name, email, or physical address.
  • Location data.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

All financial transactions are processed directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details. We only receive an anonymous token indicating your "Pro" subscription status.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ValueCalm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. No Medical Advice

ValueCalm allows you to track vital signs. However:

  • The App is for informational purposes only.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App.
  • In case of a medical emergency, call your emergency services immediately.

3. Subscriptions (ValueCalm PRO)

We offer Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime access plans.

  • Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
  • Refunds: All refunds are managed directly by Apple Support.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Daniel A Jaimes / DamilanTech) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this App, including but not limited to health complications resulting from the interpretation of data.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.
