ValueCalm ("the App", "we") is committed to protecting your health data. We believe your medical information belongs solely to you.

1. Data Collection & Storage

ValueCalm operates on a Local-First basis using Apple's SwiftData technology.

• Health Data: All data you enter (Blood Pressure, Glucose, Insulin, Weight, Medications, Symptoms, Nutrition & Meals) is stored strictly on your device's internal storage.
• No External Servers: We do not operate a cloud server. We do not have access to, nor can we see, your health records.
• iCloud Backups: If you have iCloud Backups enabled on your iOS device, your data is stored encrypted by Apple. We cannot access these backups.
• Apple Health (HealthKit): If you grant permission, ValueCalm reads your Steps and Calories Burned from Apple Health to display them alongside your Nutrition data for that day. This access is read-only, happens entirely on your device, and this data is never transmitted anywhere.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect, sell, or share:

• Your personal health metrics.
• Your name, email, or physical address.
• Location data.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

All financial transactions are processed directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details. We only receive an anonymous token indicating your "Pro" subscription status.
