By downloading or using SnapShelf (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. SnapShelf is a tool for inventory management and business organization.

2. Use of Service

You may use SnapShelf to manage personal or commercial inventories. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system (stock counts, prices, descriptions).

3. Subscriptions & Payments

SnapShelf may offer Premium features via in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.

4. Data Integrity & Backups

While we strive to ensure data reliability, DamilanTech is not liable for any loss of business data, profits, or inventory discrepancies caused by app errors, device failure, or failure to maintain adequate backups.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use SnapShelf to manage illegal contraband or engage in fraudulent business activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The SnapShelf name, logo, and source code are owned by DamilanTech . Your entered data remains your property.
