These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DamilanTech regarding your access to and use of the GodCalm application across iOS, Web, and PWA platforms. By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Platform & Payment Notices: • iOS Purchases: Subject to Apple's Standard EULA. • Web & Android Purchases: Securely processed by Stripe.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GodCalm, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using GodCalm immediately.

2. Description of Service

GodCalm provides a multiplatform faith and spiritual discipline companion offering daily guided scripture journeys, complete Bible reading, private journaling, procedural ambient audio, and streak tracking.

3. Medical, Psychological & Pastoral Disclaimer

Crucial Notice: All scripture passages, prayers, reflections, and habit recommendations are for devotional, educational, and personal growth purposes only. GodCalm does not provide clinical mental health treatment, medical diagnoses, psychiatric therapy, or emergency pastoral crisis care. In an emergency, please contact local health authorities or licensed medical professionals immediately.

4. User Accounts & Security (Google, Apple, Email, Guest Mode)

You can use GodCalm without an account. If you sign in via Google OAuth, Apple ID, or Email, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify [email protected] immediately of unauthorized access.

5. License Grant & Permitted Use

DamilanTech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access GodCalm. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or distribute the software or its proprietary content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, code, trademarks, user interfaces, original editorial content, and audio synthesizers in GodCalm belong exclusively to DamilanTech.

7. User-Generated Content (Your Journal)

You retain full ownership of your journal entries, prayer notes, and reflections. You grant DamilanTech only the technical license needed to back up and sync your data securely via Supabase.

8. Pro Subscriptions, Free Trials & Cancellation

GodCalm offers Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Pro subscriptions:

• 7-Day Free Trial (Annual Plan): Unlocks all Pro features for 7 days at no charge. You will be billed for the annual plan unless canceled prior to the trial ending.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Web & Android Self-Service Cancellation (Stripe): Manage or cancel anytime with one click in your Profile via the Stripe Customer Portal.
• iOS Cancellation: Managed in your Apple ID account settings.

9. Refund Policy

Web/Stripe transactions can be reviewed by contacting support. iOS App Store transactions are governed exclusively by Apple's refund policies via reportaproblem.apple.com.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GodCalm is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DamilanTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DamilanTech and its creator from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications & Governing Law

DamilanTech reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of GodCalm constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
